The ABCDE 5 Layer Die Head from Plastic Machinery Turkey is an advanced co-extrusion system developed for producing five-layer high-barrier blown films. It allows processors to combine up to five different materials, creating films with superior mechanical strength, barrier properties, sealing performance, and optical clarity.

Manufactured from special hardened alloy steel with multi-spiral flow channel design, the ABCDE die head ensures perfect melt distribution and balanced pressure across all layers. Each heating zone is independently controlled, providing excellent temperature uniformity and stable bubble formation.

Ideal for food packaging, medical films, agricultural films, and lamination applications, this die head supports materials such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, EVA, PA, EVOH, and other barrier resins.
