The ABC 3 Layer Die Head by Plastic Machinery Turkey is a high-performance extrusion system designed for producing three-layer co-extruded blown films with excellent optical clarity, film strength, and barrier properties.
Its ABC configuration allows different materials to be processed in each layer, achieving a perfect combination of mechanical resistance, gloss, and sealing performance.

Manufactured from hardened alloy steel with precision spiral flow channels, the ABC die head ensures uniform melt distribution, accurate layer thickness, and stable bubble control during high-speed extrusion. Each heating zone is individually controlled for perfect temperature balance.

This system is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, EVA, and metallocene-based materials, used widely in lamination films, shrink films, barrier packaging, and stretch films.
