    ABA 3 Layer Die Heads

    The ABA 3 Layer Die Head from Plastic Machinery Turkey is designed for producing three-layer co-extruded blown films, combining superior film strength, reduced material costs, and enhanced optical properties. This system allows the use of recycled material in the middle layer while maintaining high surface quality in the outer layers.

    Built from special hardened alloy steel with optimized spiral flow channels, the ABA die head ensures perfect melt balance and stable bubble formation. Each heating zone is individually controlled, ensuring consistent film thickness and layer adhesion.

    The ABA die head is suitable for processing LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and recycled compounds, and is widely used for shopping bags, garbage bags, shrink films, and industrial packaging films. It offers exceptional performance, easy maintenance, and long-term operational reliability.
