Product Description:
The Plastic Agglomeration Machine is designed to convert loose plastic materials into compact chips suitable for feeding extruders in recycling and granulation lines.
Through friction generated by its rotating and fixed blades, the material reaches its softening point, forming uniform chips that can be easily reprocessed.
The system features four rotating blades and eight fixed blades, all made from hardened, heat-treated steel for durability and consistent performance.
Water is injected during processing to create a thermal shock, and after evaporation, the chips are discharged automatically via a pneumatic or hydraulic door.
In addition to agglomeration, the machine can act as a dryer for thin-walled materials like film scraps and bag waste, offering flexibility and energy efficiency.
