PLN2800/Unfolding and Folding Machine
The PLN2800 is a heavy-duty industrial solution engineered for both unfolding and folding wide-format HDPE and LDPE film materials. It supports single-layer films with thicknesses from 10 to 70 microns and widths between 500 and 2800 mm, offering reliable performance for large-scale film processing operations.
Equipped with ultrasonic fork sensor-based edge alignment, the system ensures precise tracking. Its tension control setup includes an electromagnetic brake, load cell, and an independent electronic tensioning unit for enhanced stability. An adjustable air-blowing mechanism efficiently manages edge trim waste. The machine also features air shafts with safety chucks to ensure secure, user-friendly operation.
